This program is therefore developed to educate and enable future managers to understand and learn how to tackle the challenges facing the business and continue to contribute to the national economy in a bigger way. It is also aimed at those working professionals who cannot quit their jobs to pursue a full-time MBA. The programme should help them to build the conceptual understanding of the theory and develop their analytical skills; it will expose them to the theory related to the functional aspects of the business and groom them in developing strategies to solve the managerial issues.
